We are making this today in honor of Tom Brady and some other guys who will hopefully play some good old-fashioned smash-mouth football in between funny commercials.
Dana’s Buffalo Chicken Dip
2 (10 ounce) cans of chicken, drained and shredded
2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
1 cup ranch dressing
3/4 cup red hot sauce (we use Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce)
shredded cheddar cheese, you decide how muchFrito Scoops
CeleryBeat cream cheese, ranch dressing, and red hot sauce. Fold in shredded chicken. Spread mixture into a pie plate sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Add cheddar to top and bake an additional 10-15 minutes. Serve hot with Fritos and celery sticks.
Every time we make this and serve it at parties or other gatherings, we get bombarded with recipe requests. It’s that tasty.
So funny. I am also making that same recipe today! In addition I am making one with Velveeta, broccoli and sausage that I serve with Tostitos. Delish! It’s also great over baked potatoes.

I’m going to try this today. My only fear is that Ethan is going to want some. He can’t have any milk products, and loves ranch dressing-but can’t have it. And yes, he loves spicy food too.

Oh, I have had this dip and it instantly became my favorite. When I make it I want to hid it and not share!

Yum! I think someone made this at work once and it was AMAZING, so I’m glad to have the recipe.
I posted a good chili recipe today, too, if you’re interested.

It was a huge hit, Mopsy. I warned my MIL that it had a bit of a bite. She’s 80. She loved it and went back for 4ths.

I made it for Super Bowl too and had so many requests that I ended up doing a blast email after the party to give everyone the recipe. It is so doggone yummy!
WOW! This sounds fabulous. Too bad I spent the Super Bowl horizontal on the couch with my throat hurting, instead of at a party with food. 🙁 But, I’ll have to make that sometime soon. Thanks for sharing!
I posted this same recipe on my blog a couple weeks ago after someone brought it to bunko and I inhaled half the plate.
