The school had its annual family night at a local amusement park. Last year featured shivering, but we had a blast anyway. This year was even better.
I love this photo. Archie in Sam’s silhouette.
Just over Sam’s right shoulder, you can see a blurry Aidan and Bea.
The rollercoaster, carrying my husband and Tommy, screams to a stop.
I love these photos! Also, your kids are all just so BIG.

I have many great memories of Lakeside from my childhood. I think it’s high time I took my boy on our next trip to Colorado.
Oh good grief did I ever mention you have beautiful children… Love their wide happy smiles… and love the pic of Archie!!!
Love the photos! Fun what a little blur can do.
I love those photos! Bea looks so big to me!
Such terrific photos! And that silhouette one? LOVE it.
These make me happy. I could go for an amusement park ride right about now 🙂
Awesome photos, Gretchen! I feel the need to comment about Bea’s hair–so thick and gorgeous, esp for her age!
I love these photos! So colorful and festive. What kind of camera do you use?

Happiness is an amusement park on a night in early summer. These pictures perfectly convey that.
How fun!
We have the opportunity to go to Lakeside with our new school (son starts Kindergarten in August)…but I wasn’t sure there would be that much for the kids to ride.
seriously beautiful photos! all of them. wow. and i love the husband picture because i don’t know that i’d seen one before. it’s nice to see your other half. 🙂
LOVE the photos….the lighthouse one is breathtaking….screen wallpaper worthy!!
