Our first full day of Spring Break was on Friday. We went to the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.
I love nature. I love science. I especially love when the two collide, a la chocolate and peanut butter. Smooth, rich, and sticks to roofs and ribs.
Geodes, dinos, romping, things that orbit. The gift shop. Who says learning ceases when school takes a break?
Look at that crazy mom with eight kids venturing out to the science museum and having so much fun!!! Love it!!! If we had a cool science museum we would do just the same!!! I love awesome outings like this with my kiddo’s… I am trying to rack my brain for a cool outing we have done recently… hmmm Oh we did visit National Geographic for kids (http://www.se7en.org.za/2011/03/01/saturday-spot-se7en-visit-national-geographic-kids-and-charlys-bakery) and the editor took us to lunch on the 22 floor… and I spent quite a bit of time earnestly praying that their wouldn’t be a power outage (that would be a lot of stairs!!!). Lots of love to all of you especially that Darling #7 of ours!!!
Love all the pictures, especially your group shot! We have a great science museum here–in fact, we have an annual pass because we always need places to go in rainy weather.
Is Bea standing next to a giant rubberband ball? Awesome.
